This hands-on workshop explores the creation of user environments for applications on OpenVMS. The emphasis will be on techniques that permit a large degree of delegation, down to the user group level, permitting a small system management team to manage a large and diverse user population. This material will also be suitable for developers responsible for developing software to be used by a diverse population of users across diverse environments.
