        Since the firm's founding in 1978, Dr. Gezelter has worked extensively 
        with storage and related issues on OpenVMS servers, both standalone
        and as part of OpenVMSclusters.

          internals; including restructuring volumes in place without using
          backup or restore operations
- reconstituting volume sets
          when the primary volume of the volume set is unrecoverable
- transitioning environments
          from one storage technology to another without interrupting
          operations, including situations where the old and new storage
          devices do not provide support for interroperation
- architected, designed, and
          implemented Fibre Channel Storage Area Networks (SANs) with redundant
          connections
- transitioned SANs from one
          generation of fabric to a new generation infrastructure without 
          interrupting ongoing operations
- spoken at DECUS, ENCOMPASS,
          and OpenVMS Bootcamps, both within the United States and 
          internationally on OpenVMS storage-related issues and subjects
